A Tale of Two Towers
Type: Mixed-use strata complex combining two towers.
Lacrosse - completed in 2012
and M Docklands - completed in 2015

The Lacrosse building consists of 23 levels incorporating a Ground and Mezzanine level, 15 commercial/retail units on the Concourse level and 312 upper apartments. Communal facilities include a heated swimming pool, gymnasium and separate male and female amenities.
The M Docklands building consists of 21 levels incorporating a Ground and Mezzanine level with some 185 apartments from level 6. A bar and hotel are found below on levels 1 to 5, together with 11 commercial/retail.
Parking is provided on the Ground, Mezzanine and parts of Level 1 and Level 2.

Stunning Views of Kelvin View, Victoria
The combined lounge and family room of Grand Designs Eurora House. Located on the 'East Wing', this shows uses of polished suspended concrete slab, glass and weathered steel, offering a great outlook of the rural landscape of Kelview View, Victoria.

Type: Commercial strata complex of predominantly hotel use, with a small portion of office and retail. 11 levels noted
Age: Built circa 1938, refurbished in 1992 as a hotel, further subdivided into units in 2003. Last known refurbishment in 2013

Internal Walls: Concrete, plasterboard, with feature metal, marble and glass finishes to common areas
